Dear all,

We want to confirm that our 2025 annual general meeting (AGM) will take place at 8pm on Thursday the 7th of August in DPCC.  

We very much welcome any members who would like to propose motions or any other matters to be raised at the AGM. Also, we encourage and expect new members for this coming season 2025/2026 to get involved in our growing club whether it be on our Club Executive or volunteering to help out with some of our clubs sub groups.

Closing date for nominations and any business for discussion is Monday the 4th of August at 5pm. Reports package will be circulated to all members in advance of AGM. 

Order of Business:

- Approve minutes of last years AGM

- Secretary’s Report.

- Chairpersons Report.

- Treasurers Report & Approve Annual Accounts.

- Agree Membership fees for new season. 

- Elect Club Officers for Committee. 

- Consider any proposed changes to Club Constitution. 

- Discuss any business matters submitted in advance of AGM. 

Please note membership for the coming season 2025/2026 will open on the 9th of August, there will be an option to spread the total sum across four separate payments, if availing of this option we would ask that all payments are completed by the 31st December 2025.
